How to place an order

To place an order, kindly fill in the order form available at the bottom of the page. Please make payment only after an invoice has been sent to you. Do also check your junk box in case our mail lands in there. Upon invoice received, customers are required to make payments & thereafter inform VoilaVella within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon. VoilaVella reserves every right to release items to next buyer on the waiting list if no payment or reply was made during the given timeframe.


Payment mode

All payments are to be made to POSB Savings 248-64122-3. Interbank transfer is currently unavailable.

• DBS/POSB ATM Transfer (Payment details are strictly to be accompanied by transaction receipt, no receipt would result in non-verification of payment and refund will not be made)

Delivery details

• All packages will be delivered by Singpost.
• All packages will be delivered within 3 working days upon verification of payment unless otherwise stated.
• We highly urged everyone to opt for REGISTERED POSTAGE to prevent lost mails.
• VoilaVella will not be liable for any cases of lost mails or damaged products in the process delivering for normal mails.
• All registered article comes with a tracking number which allows you to track your parcel(s) on the Singpost website.

A.M MAIL (Singapore only) – Next day mailbox delivery no later than 11AM:

• A.M. Mail is a prepaid time-certain delivery service that offers an earlier delivery time for urgent mail.
• Customers enjoy greater convenience of posting their mail in prepaid A.M. Mail envelopes at any of SingPost’s posting boxes during the regular mail collection hours and have the mail sent to the recipients no later than 11AM the next working day.

SMARTPAC MAIL (Singapore only) - Next day door-to-door delivery:
SmartPac is a postage-paid postal service for delivery anywhere in Singapore, the next working day for a fixed price.
