- By placing an order with VoilaVella implies that you've agreed to all the above terms and conditions mentioned. We reserve the right to amend any of the above Terms and Conditions and/or Pricings at any time, without prior notice. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.
Pricing
- All prices stated on this Website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) thus all payments have to be made in SGD.
- We operate on first come first serve basis.
- All prices stated are finalized and fixed, non-negotiable and are exclusive of postage charges.
- Submitting the order implies a CONFIRMED ORDER and backing out will lead to blacklisting and will be given least priority for future purchases.
Product
- VoilaVella will make every effort to display accurately the color of the products depicted on this Website. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual color of the products displayed on your monitor is similar. Thus we do not accept refund or exchange should the customer is unsatisfied with the color.
- All products listed on the Website are brand new with tags.
- All products are not opened to trades.
Sales
- All payments are to be made and responded to VoilaVella within 24 hours upon receiving of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Orders that are not paid within 24 hours will be voided and item(s) will be released to next buyer on the waiting list.
- VoilaVella only accepts payment via POSB/DBS Ibank/ATM transfer. Meet up, COD and concealed cash are not acceptable and will not be entertained.
- All transactions via POSB/DBS ATM transfer are to be accompanied by a clear snapshot of transaction receipt. Scanned receipts are not acceptable. Failure to adhere will result in payment(s) being voided and order(s) will not be taken in, no refund(s) will be made in this case.
- In the event that the ATM machine cannot produce a receipt, please do not make payment.
Exchange/ Return
- All goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless a faulty item is sent out OR wrong item is received.
- VoilaVella must be notified of an item's defect or a delivery of an incorrect item in your order within 14 days from the date of invoice. Once this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. Should we not receive the item within the next 7 days; the exchange will be considered invalid.
- All exchanges will only be handled by way of mailing.
- VoilaVella will replace the product for you in the same color and size, subject to availability. In the event that the item you originally purchased is sold out, a refund will be made.
- Postage charges will be reimbursed.
